My proposal is to negotiate a peace in Ukraine in which Ukraine retains its sovereignty but gives up the two Russian speaking provinces. Ukraine to remain neutral with no NATO presence.

We can clearly see the Russians struggling to capture Ukraine and it has not been smooth going. They clearly do not have the strength to conquer Europe.

We ignore non-NATO and EU countries as outside the alliance, as we should. Should Russia attack a NATO country we respond with ferocity and the threat of nuclear war. Russia knows that attacking a NATO country could lead to nuclear war and therefore will not do so for the same reasons that we do not directly conflict with them over non-vital interests.

I propose peace.
