No more Americans or our allies need die in that distant land. No more treasure expended. We should have withdrawn long, long ago.

If China is to take over trying to run the place, I say let them. It will not affect our safety at home at all. The only thing we lose is our misplaced pride in running a global empire nobody outside Washington wants. Bring our people home and let the world run itself.
