Yes, the West broke their word. Lots of respectable people warned about it, including Kissinger and our current CIA chief Burns. They warned about it and they were proven right.

The question is (after we all get done screaming about it) is how to move forward into a more positive future. How do we avoid WW3? How can we regain peace in Ukraine and some form of Ukrainian sovereignty without leaving them occupied by Russia, or under a Russian puppet government?

People of good will want these things, but do our leadership?
